Role Overview:

The City Sales Manager will lead and drive sales operations for Colive’s portfolio of PG accommodations, rental housing, and real estate offerings across the city. This is a strategic and growth-focused role, ideal for a professional with expertise in co-living, real estate, or the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:

    Develop, implement, and manage city-level sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets for PGs, rental units, and co-living spaces.
  • Team Management:

    Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on lead generation, conversion, and post-sales support.
  • Business Development:

    Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships with property owners, brokers, and real estate agents, and drive market expansion initiatives.
  • Client Management:

    Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel – from lead acquisition and property tours to negotiation, documentation, and closure.
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitor competition, analyze market trends, and provide insights for portfolio pricing and strategy.
  • Operations Coordination:

    Liaise with property management and customer support teams to ensure a seamless tenant onboarding process and high resident satisfaction.
  • Reporting:

    Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, occupancy rates, and revenue goals using CRM and analytics tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in real estate sales, co-living, PG management, or hospitality/housing sector.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Strong team-building, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local real estate/regulatory norms for rental housing and PG segments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, reporting, and MS Office Suite.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within the city as required.
  • High energy, process-driven, and target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle escalations and drive process improvements.
