City Manager

Role Description

The City Manager Auto Loans role is a full-time, onsite role based at Delhi. As City Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the designated city & assigned Dealer Network and maintaining long-term relations with Dealers.

Roles and Responsibility

- Achievement of Retail Loan Target and Value added Products (Insurance, Extended warranty etc)

- Managing Dealer Inventory Product

- Relationship Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in auto finance, sales, or dealership management
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of auto loan industry
• Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in the auto finance industry
• Flexibility to travel regularly as needed to dealership locations within the designated city
