• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction (e.g., achieve >90% satisfaction score)
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention rates
• Manage key client relationships and address escalated issues promptly

Financial Performance

• Optimize operational costs without compromising service quality

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, motivate, and develop the city operations team
