City Head - Sales

Key responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies targeting corporate clients and individual entrepreneurs, building strong relationships with International Property Consultants (IPCs) to generate leads, overseeing the entire sales cycle, identifying new business opportunities, leading and coaching a sales team, collaborating with internal teams for client onboarding and satisfaction, monitoring market trends, and preparing detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior leadership. The ideal candidate for this role should have 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within the co-working, real estate, or related industries. Strong connections with IPCs, strategic mindset for revenue growth, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation prowess, market knowledge, and proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite are essential qualifications. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, while an MBA is considered a plus.
