Job Description

  • Partner with Doctors and Hospitals to establish major alliances and facilitate patient referrals
  • Guide and cultivate the Sales Team's growth across the region, overseeing their progress and ensuring target achievement
  • Identify and cultivate new crowdfunding avenues and patient referral channels within the healthcare sector
  • Set revenue and goals for the Sales team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly pipelines
  • Provide valuable market feedback to company leadership, contributing insights on competitive offerings, customer needs, and product development opportunities
  • Oversee the P&L of the entire region, ensuring financial targets are met

Required Skills:

  • Previous startup experience in the medical or healthcare sector
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales role
  • Proven success in team management
  • Ability to travel as needed for business engagements

Good to Have

  • Experience in the retail financial services space selling asset or liability products and managing a large field force
