Job Description

Position: Cisco Voice Engineer

Experience- 10+ YearsLocation-

PuneShift Timings- US shift

Required Technical Skills:

Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting CUCM, Unity IM&P and Expressways.
Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting CUBE and ISDN voice gateways.
CCIE Collaboration certification (with a CCIE number) is mandatory.
Knowledge of Smart Licensing Model
Experience with VOIP protocols SIP & MGCP.
Experience Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express.
Knowledge of PSTN, ISDN and PRI circuits.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.
Knowledge of Cisco WebEx Control Hub.
Cisco Video endpoints/codecs configuration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of UCS C servers, ESXI, VMS and CIMC terms.

Other Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Design and Implementation experience and independently handling of projects from start to end.
Customer Management Skills attentive to details and responsive.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to understand customer requirements.
Working on day to day tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
Open to work and support in 24x7x365 type environment
