Role Overview

You will head the cinema’s security operations as a revenue-centre lead—driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance through strong leadership and adherence to SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cinema security operations
• Maintain strong

  Internal & Fire Audit scores

• Ensure timely reporting of equipment defects

• Process monthly security vendor bills accurately

• Conduct training sessions

  : fire drill, emergency response, soft skills
• Handle incidents, documentation & legal compliance
• Lead and groom the security team to deliver top performance

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-Graduate
• Diploma in

  Fire & Safety

  or

  Hospitality/Hotel Management

Experience

• 2–4 years

  in a similar role within a reputed organization

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command over MS Office
• Conflict resolution, negotiation & people management
