Role & responsibilities

Building CI Skill sets:

C. Supporting CI Ambassador roles for the Site/s and associated towers including coaching and skill development on CI Methodologies - Assist Regional CI Manager in training and upskilling of CI Ambassadors. - Closely work with CI Ambassadors, coaching them to ensure project completion as per timeline of identified methodology. - Support in building communications to acknowledge the teams success - Best practices sharing including the success stories including yammer story sharing - Change Agent of applying continuous improvement tools and methods (Just Do it, PDCA, Lean, six sigma) and promote a structured problem-solving approach. - Incumbent may also require assisting Global CI SPOC for a GBS Function as required Delivering value to the GBS by improving the real result key performance indicators: Execute and contribute up to 40% to regional and/or global CI projects which may include automation support - Lead and execute 2 or more Regional/Global initiatives for the tower or site in partnership with GPC/RPDL - Partnership with GPC along with Regional CI Expert or Manager on prioritization and identification of CI methodology and Lead / Co-Lead initiatives or partner in strategic initiatives - Custodian of Project targets for the SESA Region as applicable including pulling and designing dashboards for the KPI metrics

Preferred candidate profile

• 7+ years of experience working in fast pace multicultural environment, ideally in SSC/GBS structures, preferably within Finance domain

• 4+ years of experience in lean and six sigma methodology with the proven track record of delivering high value (100K USD+ preferred) improvement projects

• Green Belt/Black Belt Six Sigma Trained and Certified or in the phase of Certification

• Preferable a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Finance but not a deal breaker

• Available to work under severe time pressure and delivering on agreed deadlines

• Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills on all organizational levels; ability to gain respect and trust through situational leadership and integrity and inspire others to follow and participate in the change process

• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Visio, Minitab etc.), able to prepare various forms of CI communication to the various audiences

• Knowledge of VBA/Macros, Power Bi, Python is an added advantage

• Full professional proficiency in English
