Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented C&I Manager to join our growing team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial or commercial sales, preferably in the solar sector, and should be passionate about driving business growth through strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling Generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients. Daily Client Visits – Regular field visits to build and maintain client relationships. Lead Generation & Collection – Identify and gather leads through multiple channels to build a strong sales pipeline. Dealer Development – Establish and nurture partnerships with dealers and channel partners. Sales & Marketing – Execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Project Management – Coordinate end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Continuous Improvement – Analyze processes and suggest improvements to optimize performance and efficiency. Daily Meetings – Participate in team meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and align on goals. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in the Solar Industry or Commercial & Industrial Sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-driven with a go-getter attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
