Key Responsibilities: Prepare, temper, mold, and decorate chocolates and other confectionery items. Develop new chocolate recipes, flavors, and seasonal product lines. Ensure all chocolate products meet company quality and presentation standards. Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation procedures within the kitchen. Monitor ingredient inventory, ensuring freshness and managing waste effectively. Collaborate with pastry chefs and R&D teams for product innovation. Operate and maintain chocolate-making equipment (melters, enrobers, molds, etc.). Package finished products attractively and ensure proper storage conditions. Adhere to food safety, HACCP, and company operational guidelines. Train and guide junior staff or assistants when required. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chocolatier, Pastry Chef, or in a similar confectionery role. Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and flavor balancing. Creativity and attention to detail in design and presentation. Understanding of ingredient behavior (cocoa butter, sugar, dairy, fillings, etc.). Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Certification or diploma in Pastry Arts, Bakery, or Culinary Arts (preferred).
