This is a full-time, on-site role. The Chocolatier will be responsible for transforming cocoa beans into premium chocolate products, developing innovative recipes, and managing the production process from bean to bar. Key responsibilities include: Selecting, roasting, grinding, and refining cocoa beans into chocolate Crafting artisanal chocolate products, bars, truffles, and confections Developing and testing new chocolate recipes Tempering, molding, and finishing chocolate with precision Maintaining strict quality control standards Adhering to health and safety regulations in all stages of production Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and efficient Collaborating with team members to meet production and business goals Qualifications Proven experience in bean-to-bar chocolate making or chocolate production Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Previous experience in a professional culinary or confectionery setting is a plus A culinary degree or relevant certification in pastry/chocolate arts is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Experience: chocolaiter: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
