Pickle maker

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pickle Maker to join our team. The role involves preparing, mixing, and packing a variety of traditional and innovative pickles while maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, and consistency. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, knowledge of local ingredients, and an eye for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pickles according to standard recipes and procedures.
• Clean, cut, and mix fruits, vegetables, and spices as required.
• Measure and add ingredients in accurate proportions.
• Ensure proper fermentation, preservation, and storage of pickles.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area.
• Sterilize jars, bottles, and equipment before use.
• Label and pack pickles neatly for sale or distribution.
• Follow food safety regulations and quality control guidelines.
• Assist in developing new pickle varieties and flavors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,425.89 - ₹39,743.45 per month
