Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chocolatier located in Navi Mumbai. The Chocolatier will be responsible for creating and decorating a variety of chocolate products like flavoured dates. They will oversee the entire production process, including tempering chocolate, molding, and packaging. The Chocolatier will also be involved in developing new chocolate recipes, maintaining quality control, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Qualifications Experience in Bakery and Confectionery skills Proficiency in Baking and Pastry skills Strong Culinary Skills Excellent attention to detail and creativity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Formal culinary training or certification is a plus
