Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Vijayawada. The CTO will oversee the company's technology strategy, manage software development, and ensure the successful execution of IT projects. Day-to-day tasks will include leading product development, designing technical architecture, and collaborating with various departments to align technology with business goals. The CTO will also be responsible for managing and mentoring the technology team.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Strong Project Management skills and IT Strategy experience
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Architecture
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing technology projects
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in a leadership role within the technology sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
