We are looking for a CTO to lead the tech team and build the product into the next phase alongwith the team. You will also be deeply assisting in the product building. The tech team is already on board. This will be a full-time role and will be on-site.

What we're looking for:

• Looking for a technical founding member
• Candidates having prior experience co-founding or working in startups is an add-on
• We are looking for someone with a strong tech background with an experience of at least 6 to 10 years, and is very proficient in product development and well-versed with MERN Stack, algorithms, artificial intelligence, MVC, big data, web technologies
• You should have strong coding skills, with a deep understanding of back-end and DevOps.

You will be:

• Lead the technology division with new-age technologies and processes.
• Build on the vision for the organization by using technology being an enabler.
• Innovate the company's product offering in partnership with the team.
• Experiment and adopt new relevant technologies.
• Defining the tech vision for the organization and providing all the necessary tech leadership to the team.

About Founders

The current founding team is having an experience of over 20 years in the industry and has left well-established careers to solve some industry problems in proptech. Our CEO (Ashish Dhingra), has been part of Architecture Construction space for over 10 years, and has spent over a decade in international banking. Our CPO (Kartik) is a proven product leader and was heading product in his earlier role at e-gurukul.
