Role Overview: As the CSO, you’ll drive our growth across India by leading our national sales strategy for greenhouse and hydroponics solutions. You’ll build a strong sales pipeline, lead and mentor the sales team, develop channel partners, and close strategic B2B and institutional deals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and scale the national sales team for hydroponics and greenhouse verticals Build and execute strategic sales and revenue plans Identify and close high-value B2B, institutional, and project-based deals Develop dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks Collaborate with marketing, operations, and R&D teams to align offerings with market needs Represent INHYDRO at industry expos, client meetings, and government liaison opportunities Requirements: Proven 10+ years of sales leadership experience in agriculture, protected cultivation, or agritech Strong business acumen in commercial farming, greenhouses, or hydroponics solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Willingness to travel and engage clients across regions MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred Why Join INHYDRO?
