Responsibilities Lead the planning and engineering functions for real estate projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and sustainability in project design and execution Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development Interface with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and contractors, to ensure regulatory compliance and project success Conduct regular project reviews and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimization Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization Experience QUALIFICATIONS 20-25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry Demonstrated track record of successful strategic planning and engineering management Proven leadership experience in large-scale real estate projects Education Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Show more Show less
