Chief Operations Officer

Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. The COO works closely with the CEO and other senior executives to drive organizational strategy, improve efficiency, and ensure optimal performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for performance and growth.
• Monitor company performance and take corrective actions when needed.
• Operational Management:
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (HR, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
• Optimize operational capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, and manage relationships with partners and vendors.
• Financial Oversight:
• Collaborate with CFO to develop financial and operational strategies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement improvements to internal systems and processes.
• Drive operational excellence and standardization.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor department heads.
• Promote a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
