Chief Operating Officer(COO) Yarn Looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to handle the Operations and Production of the Yarn division at Punjab Interested candidates can email cv at harleeenkaur@hrworldsolutions.com The Chief Operating Officer Yarn will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations of the Yarn Division , including production, quality, planning, supply chain, cost control, safety, and team development. The role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of global textile markets and spinning technologies. Location: Punjab Roles & Responsibilities: Operational Leadership & Strategic Planning Drive overall operations of the Yarn business including manufacturing, maintenance, quality control, logistics, and workforce management. Develop and execute business strategies to ensure growth, profitability, and sustainability of the Yarn division. Cost Optimization & Technology Integration Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiencies, reduce cost per kg, and improve yarn realization. Champion the use of modern spinning technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 practices. Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to global quality standards, customer specifications, statutory regulations, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) norms. Qualifications & Experience: B.Tech/B.E. in Textile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred. Minimum 20 years of experience in yarn/spinning operations, with significant experience in leadership roles. Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations with complex product portfolios. Strong commercial acumen, decision-making capability, and global mindset. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. Critical Competencies Required: Leadership: Ability to inspire, align, and drive large cross-functional teams toward common goals.
