Position:- DGM / AGM - E.T.P. & Environment Qualification:- B.Sc. / M.Sc./ B. Tech (Biotech /Chemical) Experience:- 20-25 Year Remuneration: INR 15-25 LPA (CTC) Industry Preference: Paper, Starch, Liquor or Sugar Industry Job responsibilities: Handled 5000 KLD writing printing ETP Ensure smooth operation of all unit operations of Anaerobic, Aerobic, Fenton, DAF, and sludge Dewatering System, Maintain Hazardous waste management system Daily rounding the plant in observed critical parameters. Daily check lab parameters like Ph, TSS, TDS, COD, MLSS, MLVSS, TS,VS, Hardness, Calcium, chloride and color. Daily check chemical dosing rates, flow rates and pressure Check shift wise plant operation log books and prepare daily and monthly. Provide leadership and technical expertise to research, ideate, design, develop, test analysis, optimize, innovate, process and Operation. Ensure the Anaerobic digester biogas generation and efficiency. Make sure to handle the fenton process for color removing as per the achievements Cost estimation, Consent to Operate (CTO) Consent to Establishment (CTE) PCB renewal and New Order Process Develops projected management plans based on the environment assessments. To be Maintain Environment management system 14001:2004 Air consen, water consent, Sludge consent applies and approach to PCB. Location:- (New Project) Punjab
