The incumbent will manage the Company's risk management protocols and safety procedures for all stores, warehouses and offices. The role is to create a safe work environment and minimize hazards to protect employees from occupational risks and untoward incidents.
He/she will be responsible to create protocols and strategies to mitigate risks. Liaison with stakeholders to ensure adherence to property & equipment insurance, employee safety, emergency preparedness and loss/damage control. Develop and execute health and safety plans, enforce policies, assess risks, evaluate practices and facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines and promote a culture of safety.
Required Experience: 10-12 years (preferably from Retail/ Hospitality) Three (3) years of experience of leading the risk & safety programme.
Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Masters in Safety Management/ Risk Management/occupational health and safety or relevant field.
This is an individual contributor role.
