Job Responsibilities :
Assist in achieving environmental statutory compliance by site Implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management System (IMSISO 9000/14000 ), procedures and standards Conduct audits of Environment Management System as well as various RIL group environment standards and contribute in various internal as well as external Audits Co-ordinate environmental monitoring activities with plants and various external agencies Assist in statutory compliance report compilation Close co-ordination with plants on compliances, deviation analysis and improvement projects Contribute to activities in effective utilisation of wastes or waste management, ETP operation etc Support Promotion of environment awareness within the site by organising innovative activities Participate and impart training as Subject Matter Expert in environment Any other work assigned by site Head Environment in respect of environmental management Education Requirement : Degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering with post-graduation in Environmental Science or equivalent Experience Requirement : 2-5 years of working experience in a large scale industry preferably chemical/petrochemical industry handling environmental management Skills & Competencies : Sound Knowledge on Environmental Technology, Environmental Legislation is required Excellent verbal and written communication skill Hands on experience on computer skills is essential Be a team player
