Job Description

Roles & responsibilities :

Sustainability (ESG)

Keep the company updated on all applicable ESG acts/rules/changes in the same and compliance there off.
Initiate development of ESG initiatives of the company as required, keeping in view the industry wide best practices.
Coordinate implementation of the ESG initiatives at factories, warehouses and offices.
Assess proposals in ESG domain.
Provide technical inputs on key issues.
Establish the process and calculation of key ESG parameters.
Maintain MIS/dashboard for tracking of key ESG parameters.

Investor Relations

Support in investor relation function in developing overall IR strategy
Support in managing relationship with sell-side and buy-side analysts
Preparation of company documents including presentations, quarterly reports, annual report and sustainability reports t
Conduct detailed peer analysis, industry analysis to update on latest industry trends to the senior management
Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters related to investor relations

Experience :

6-8 years of experience in sustainability consulting/manufacturing company and investor relations.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the investor relations and sustainability domain
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and position
High level of accuracy, consistency and timely responses are essential
