Sr. Manager / AGM Assembly Operations Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TQM, Six Sigma (preferred certifications). Location: Ludhiana Experience Required: 15 - 20 Years Desired Candidate Profile: B.Tech / BE Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering. 15 years + of experience in Assembly Operations, preferably in Automotive / Engineering / Heavy Industry sectors. Strong understanding of assembly line design, process engineering, SOP development, and quality assurance. Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TQM, Six Sigma (preferred certifications). Good leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in using SAP systems and manufacturing software tools. Industry: Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering Interested candidates can email resume at harleeenkaur@hrworldsolutions.com Reports To: Head Manufacturing / Plant Head Proficiency in SAP Must CTC: up to 20 LPA Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Assembly Operations to meet daily production targets with desired quality, cost, and delivery standards. Plan, organize, and optimize assembly line operations ensuring efficient resource utilization. Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other productivity improvement initiatives. Monitor and drive continuous improvements in process capability, quality, and production efficiency. Manage manpower planning, training, and performance evaluations for the assembly team. Ensure strict adherence to safety norms, quality systems (ISO/TS/ IATF standards), and compliance requirements. Analyze bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to eliminate downtime and wastage. Coordinate closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for seamless production flow. Review assembly layouts, workflows, and equipment specifications for productivity improvements. Lead cost reduction initiatives and productivity enhancement projects across the Assembly Shop. Drive employee engagement and skill enhancement programs for shopfloor teams. Prepare reports on production, downtime analysis, quality rejections, and present them to management regularly.
