Chief Operating Officer – Smelter Operations & Maintenance

Key Drivers

• Oversee O&M contract services business operations across the copper and zinc contractual O&M projects

• Responsible for Strategic, Financial and Operational leadership to Oversee P&L of 300 Cr business of O&M Service Contracts for Pan-India for mineral and metal plants comprising zinc, aluminium , cement, etc sites.

• Set up architecture comprising SOPs for preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery.

• Improve OEE of Plant Operations and ensure reduction of downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment.

Incumbent profile:

• Credible history of supporting businesses to attain bottom-line impact and gain competitive advantage.

• Adept at developing pioneering visions to facilitate competitive growth and business superiority to exceed expectation.

• 20+ years of experience in Strategy Planning for O&M Contracts outsourcing comprising preventive maintenance schedules leading to improved reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery.

• Exposed to metallurgy and large plant O&M.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 50LPA
