Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and IT systems.
• Drive operational excellence and cost efficiency to meet profitability and growth targets.
• Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead digital transformation and IT initiatives to enhance operational agility.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales function to align supply and demand planning.
• Build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships within internal teams.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external distribution networks.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement

initiatives.

• Proven leadership in FMCG operations with a strong track record in P&L management
• Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality systems.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in driving digital and process transformation.
