Chief Operating Officer (COO)

As a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at OCTS, a leading IT Company in Karaikudi, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our organization. Your role will involve leading a team of high-performing professionals to ensure efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills and a creative approach to business. Your responsibilities will include analyzing internal operations to identify process enhancements, overseeing operations, HR, and accounting, managing expenses to achieve growth targets, monitoring performance, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring employee productivity and organizational outcomes. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, aligning all departments with the company's mission, vision, and goals. Evaluating performance, motivating employees, overseeing technology infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving business development efforts will also be key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with an MBA from a top business school being preferred. You should have 5-10 years of executive-level operational and technical experience, exceptional executive presence, business acumen, and presentation skills. A budgeting and financial-focused mindset would be beneficial.
