Chief of Staff To CHRO

Role Overview:

The Chief of Staff to the CHRO will serve as a strategic advisor, execution partner, and operational leader supporting the CHRO in driving HR transformation, talent strategy, and organizational development across Arvind Ltd. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with strong business acumen, HR understanding, and project management capabilities.

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Support & Advisory

Partner with the CHRO to shape and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.

Partner with and support consensus building within the HR leadership team in setting the annual functional roadmaps, and strategic HR initiatives arising from business needs

Prepare briefing documents, strategic presentations, and reports for leadership meetings and board reviews to enable quick decision making

Act as a thought partner on key initiatives such as culture transformation, employee experience, and digital HR.

Program Management

Lead cross-functional HR projects and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.

Track progress on key HR metrics and transformation goals (e.g., talent acquisition, engagement, DEI, L&D).

Coordinate with HR COEs and business HR teams to ensure alignment and delivery.

Operational Excellence

Drive internal communications and change management efforts for HR initiatives.

Liaise with external partners, consultants, and vendors on behalf of the CHRO.

Leadership & Influence

Represent the CHRO in internal forums and leadership meetings when required.

Build strong relationships across HR, business units, and corporate functions.

Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive work culture.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience as an HR professional partnering with teams to drive, build, evaluate, support, and continuously improve people programs
• At least 2-3 years of focus in working as a program manager / Chief of Staff managing HR initiatives
