Trend Spotter: You’re up-to-date on what’s hot in podcasting and can pitch killer episode ideas. Organizational Ninja: Manage the founder’s calendar, keep projects on track, and handle the behind-the-scenes magic. Communication Ace: Stellar at emails, DMs, and handling all the moving parts—no detail too small, no deadline missed.
