Chief Marketing Officer

We're hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to take our brand and business to the next level. Weboin is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Chennai. Since 2013, we've worked with over 1,000 clients across different industries. We help businesses grow using SEO, paid ads, social media marketing, content creation, and web development. We believe in simple ideas, strong teamwork, and results that matter. As the CMO, you will lead all marketing efforts both for Weboin and for our clients. You'll be responsible for setting the vision, guiding the team, and making sure everything we do supports our growth goals. Your responsibilities include building and managing a high-performing marketing and business development team, creating smart, clear strategies for client acquisition and brand awareness, overseeing SEO, Google Ads, social media campaigns, and content strategies, handling key client relationships, pitching new services to grow business, working closely with creative, development, and sales teams, tracking results, setting targets, and improving campaign performance. Additionally, you will stay updated with trends in digital marketing and apply them to real projects. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and client handling, at least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency, a strong understanding of SEO, social media, PPC, and content marketing, leadership skills to guide and grow a team, great communication and decision-making abilities, and a passion for digital marketing and solving real business problems.
