Job Description

Designation: Chief Manager/AVP - IT

Experience: 12+ Years

Location: Gurgaon

Job descriptionTechnology Strategy & Governance

Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to support diagnostic operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and data security regulations (HIPAA, NABL, etc.).

Infrastructure & Operations

Oversee the management of IT infrastructure across labs, corporate offices, and collection centers.
Ensure system uptime, performance, and disaster recovery protocols.
Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and IT services.

Application Management

Lead implementation and optimization of LIS, HIS, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
Drive automation in lab and operational processes through digital tools and AI/ML where applicable.
Ensure smooth integration between clinical and administrative systems.

Cybersecurity & Data Privacy

Lead cybersecurity strategy and ensure robust protection of patient and operational data.
Implement and monitor data privacy policies in line with regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership & Development

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team.
Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.

Digital Transformation

Champion digital initiatives such as online booking, patient portals, teleconsultation integration, etc.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance customer digital experiences.
