Chief Manager/AVP - IT

As a Chief Manager/AVP - IT with over 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the IT strategy aligned with business objectives. You will evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to support diagnostic operations while ensuring compliance with healthcare IT standards and data security regulations such as HIPAA and NABL. Your role will involve overseeing the management of IT infrastructure across labs, corporate offices, and collection centers, ensuring system uptime, performance, and disaster recovery protocols are met. You will also be managing vendor relationships for hardware, software, and IT services. Leading the implementation and optimization of LIS, HIS, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Driving automation in lab and operational processes through digital tools and AI/ML where applicable, and ensuring smooth integration between clinical and administrative systems will be critical. You will lead the cybersecurity strategy and ensure robust protection of patient and operational data. Implementing and monitoring data privacy policies in line with regulatory requirements will also be a part of your role. Building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing IT team will be essential. You will be expected to foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability within the team. Championing digital initiatives such as online booking, patient portals, teleconsultation integration, etc., and collaborating with marketing and operations to enhance customer digital experiences will be part of your responsibilities.
