Position Summary

Corporate Affairs

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Advisory
  

Develop and implement corporate affairs strategies aligned with business objectives
Monitor policy, regulatory landscapes, and industry trends; advise senior management.

• Government & Regulatory Relations
  

Engage with government bodies, regulators, and public officials to advance company interests
Track legislative changes and influence policy outcomes

• Media & Public Relations
  

Build media relationships, draft press releases, and actively manage media inquiries
Monitor public sentiment and respond to reputational threats

• Crisis & Issue Management
  

Develop crisis communication plans to protect reputation during high‑pressure events
Act as spokesperson or coach others during crisis incidents

• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  

Design and implement CSR and community engagement programs
Communicate impact to internal and external audiences .

• Investor & Stakeholder Engagement
  

Liaise with investors, analysts, and industry associations; support financial communications
