Position Summary

Corporate Affairs

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Advisory Develop and implement corporate affairs strategies aligned with business objectives Monitor policy, regulatory landscapes, and industry trends; advise senior management.

2. Government & Regulatory Relations Engage with government bodies, regulators, and public officials to advance company interests Track legislative changes and influence policy outcomes

3. Media & Public Relations Build media relationships, draft press releases, and actively manage media inquiries Monitor public sentiment and respond to reputational threats

4. Crisis & Issue Management Develop crisis communication plans to protect reputation during high-pressure events Act as spokesperson or coach others during crisis incidents

5. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Design and implement CSR and community engagement programs Communicate impact to internal and external audiences .
