Only Male Candidates living in Ahmedabad can apply. Managing Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting of the Company. Ensure financial controls are in place and monitor the financial performance of the company. Providing timely and accurate analysis of Budgets & Financial reports to the management. Responsible for Statutory / Taxation / Legal Audits of the company. Liaising with the Government officials. Skill required: Strong understanding of Accounts / Finance / Commercial / Taxation / Secretarial and Liaising. General Management experience is essential in managing the entire portfolio. Good interpersonal skills, including People Management Skills & Leadership Skills. Experience as CFO for a minimum of 5 years and overall 8 to 10 years of experience. Qualification: Must be a qualified CA.
