Key Responsibilities:

* Designing original graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.

* Ensuring all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

* Adapting designs for different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to maximise reach and engagement.

* Contributing to the development of social media strategies and campaigns, leveraging design to achieve marketing goals.

* To develop visual concepts and ensure cohesive messaging.

* Staying updated on social media trends, design best practices, and platform updates.

* Monitoring the performance of social media content and using data to inform future design decisions.

* Planning and scheduling content to maintain a consistent posting schedule.

* Proficient in using graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

* Potentially creating and editing short-form videos for social media platforms.
