The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing the preparation of financial statements, analyzing financial data to provide insights, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Additionally, the CFO will lead and mentor the finance team, develop financial strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Financial Planning and Finance skills Experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively on-site in Ghaziabad Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred Professional certification such as CA, MBA ( Finance) is must.
