We are urgently looking for CFO for one of the Chemical Manufacturing Industry at Ahmedabad location.

Position Details

• Experience: Minimum 10 years (preferably in B2B / industrial sector)
• Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
• Note: The candidate should be open to working in a dynamic and growing chemical company, with the ability to adapt and contribute to its expansion journey.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, budgeting, forecasting, new projects, and strategic investments

Strategic Financial Advisory

• Advise senior management on financial implications of business activities, expansion plans, and investments

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

• Lead preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor the finance team to drive performance and capability building

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation methods, and capital structuring
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
• Ability to simplify complex financial data into actionable insights for business leaders
• Knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS preferred).
