Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Position Overview:

The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, providing strategic financial leadership, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, accounting, risk management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financial risk to ensure business sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, etc.).
• Monitor and manage financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, providing insights to support strategic decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise finance team, ensuring proper accounting practices and internal controls.
• Provide financial guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other business expansion initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong accounting and finance knowledge.
• 8-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office.
