Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As a finance professional, you will play a crucial role in the organization's success by overseeing various financial aspects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing long-term financial plans, forecasting needs, and advising on capital allocation - Overseeing budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for accuracy and timeliness - Identifying and managing financial risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations - Building and managing finance and accounting teams, including controllers, analysts, and bookkeepers - Working with the CEO and other executives to align financial strategy with business goals - Analyzing financial strengths and weaknesses, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement - Managing relationships with key vendors and investors, serving as the primary financial spokesperson - Overseeing technology used by the finance team and championing digital transformation and data analytics Qualifications: - A strong background in finance, economics, or accounting with professional certifications like CPA - Experience in roles like accounting, banking Experience: - Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with 5 or more years in a senior leadership role such as Director of Finance or VP of Finance In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to enjoy benefits such as food provision, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
