Job Description

Role Overview: As a Financial Strategy & Planning Manager at the company, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals. You will play a crucial role in providing valuable financial insights and projections to facilitate strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead efforts in raising debt and equity to support company growth. - Cultivate relationships with investors and financial institutions. - Demonstrate proven experience in successfully closing fundraising assignments. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with any additional financial qualifications. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in the finance domain, particularly within the housing finance sector. - Show demonstrated success in leading debt and equity fundraising efforts. - Possess a strong understanding of internal financial controls and compliance. In addition to your financial strategy and planning responsibilities, you will also oversee financial controls and compliance, including implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and conducting risk management for potential cost savings. You will also be tasked with managing, mentoring, and developing a finance team of over 10 members, fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment, promoting professional development, and ensuring performance excellence within the team. Furthermore, your role will involve overseeing the preparation of accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, analyzing financial data for trends and improvements, and managing stakeholders by providing timely and accurate financial information to the Managing Director and liaising with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders as needed.
