Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for the position of Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company, including strategic planning, business planning, and sales growth. The CEO will also manage financial operations, and drive business development and innovation. Additional tasks include fostering partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the executive team to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in Finance and Operations Management Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning Proven track record in Sales and business growth Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to make high-level decisions and manage diverse teams Experience in the healthcare export industry is a plus MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration or related field
