Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at our Chakan location. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all company operations, including strategic planning, business planning, finance, and sales. The CEO will lead the executive team to drive company growth and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. Daily tasks will include managing relationships with key stakeholders, making high-level decisions about policy and strategy, providing inspirational leadership, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

. Experience in AEROSPACE INDUSTRY,KNOWLEDGE of AS 9100 MUST

• Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Business Planning
• Experience in Operations Management
• Proven background in Finance
• Demonstrated success in Sales
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
