Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated CEO who can lead Dynoark’s growth, drive business development, and establish strong international client relationships. This role demands a visionary leader proficient in marketing and business strategy, with deep technical understanding of software, hardware, semiconductor chips, electronics, and drone technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead Dynoark’s strategic planning and execution to achieve rapid business growth. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to acquire domestic and international clients. Identify and secure new project opportunities, especially from foreign markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders worldwide. Oversee project management, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate with technical teams to align product development with market needs and opportunities. Drive innovation by leveraging expertise in semiconductor chips, electronics, software, and drone technologies. Represent Dynoark in investor meetings, partnerships, and industry events. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, sales, and business development, preferably in technology-driven startups or companies. Strong network and ability to bring in international clients and projects. Deep technical knowledge in software, hardware, semiconductor chips, electronics, and drones. Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Comfortable working on a fully performance-based compensation model for the first year. Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment. Compensation: No fixed salary for the first year. Compensation will be based on a pre-agreed percentage of revenue generated from projects and business growth metrics.
