Chief Commercial Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chief Commercial Officer, based in Abroad. The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for overseeing business planning, implementing strategic initiatives, managing sales and account relationships, and developing and maintaining budgets. Additional responsibilities include driving the company's commercial growth, building strong client partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Planning, Strategic Planning, and developing operational plans to achieve company objectives.
• Proven track record in Sales and Account Management to drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in creating and managing budgets effectively to optimize resources and achieve profitability goals.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills to successfully guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in senior management or leadership roles, preferably within consultancy or service-oriented industries.
