🚀 Hiring: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – RR Ispat
RR Ispat is looking for an experienced CCO to lead sales, procurement, and commercial strategy across our structural steel and galvanized product portfolio (annual volume 2,36,000+ MT).
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sales for:
80,000 MT Black Structures
17,000 MT TLT
10,000 MT High Masts & Poles
25,000 MT Railway OHE
24,000 MT Solar MMS
• Build high-performance sales teams
• Drive pricing, tendering & commercial operations
• Strengthen EPC, Power Grid, Railway & Solar sector relationships
Ideal Candidate
• 15–25 years experience in steel/fabrication/EPC
• Strong track record in high-volume sales
• Strong industry network & commercial leadership skills
