Chief Assistant Director (Full-Time, In-House)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, decisive, and proactive Chief Assistant Director to join our core team full-time (no freelancers). This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their career in the rapidly growing microdrama space. You will be the right hand to our directors—handling shoot scheduling, team coordination, and ensuring flawless on-set execution. You will be the set commander, running and ruling the floor while keeping the creative flow uninterrupted.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage detailed shoot schedules, call sheets, and timelines.
• Coordinate between all departments—production, direction, camera, art, costume, and more—to ensure readiness before shoot days.
• Lead on-set operations, maintaining discipline, efficiency, and smooth execution of the director’s vision.
• Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues quickly to keep the shoot on track.
• Ensure every shot, sequence, and scene is delivered as per plan and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Assistant Director or Chief AD in films, web series, TV, or branded shoots.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Firm yet approachable personality—capable of ruling the set without disrupting the creative environment.
• Availability for full-time, in-house work in Indore.
