Profile Chief of Staff

Location Bangalore

Experience Over 2 years in General Management, Customer Success, Marketing, or Sales.

CTC 10 lakhs for 6 Months. Revision post Probation period.

Training/ Probation 3 Months to 6 Months

About the Role - The role requires working closely with the founder across all 6 business verticals , with an initial focus on the Business Growth vertical for the first 6-8 months. This phase will serve as a learning period, allowing the candidate to gain hands-on experience and understand daily business operations. Over time, the candidate is expected to take on leadership responsibilities for key verticals and manage their P&L.

Who is this role for

A versatile generalistwho can take on roles as a strategist, spokesperson, leader, and coordinator, eventually becoming the face of the company.

Holds a UG degree in any stream and preferably an MBA from Tier-2 colleges.

Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and regional languages is a bonus.

Prior experience in marketing, sales, or general management.

Willing to travel across India and abroad over time.

Must be Bangalore-based.

Demonstrates a positive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a go-getter attitude.

Thrives on challenges, learns on the go, and has a strong desire to grow.

A team player eager to understand the details of sector-agnostic businesses.

Has a pleasing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and treats everyone with respect.
