Senior Leadership Role Agri Inputs / Crop Nutrition

We are hiring a senior business leader for a well-established agri-inputs organization to drive profitable growth, brand leadership, and long-term strategy across multiple regions.

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end business strategy with full P&L ownership, focusing on margin improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Drive annual and long-term business planning aligned with the group’s growth roadmap.
Strengthen brand equity and farmer connect through structured engagement and dealer loyalty initiatives.
Scale existing product portfolio while building leadership in value-added crop nutrition solutions.
Expand into high-growth categories such as biostimulants, crop-specific formulations, and technology-enabled applications.
Lead geographic expansion through customized go-to-market models, distribution strengthening, and digital initiatives.
Ensure supply chain and operations excellence with focus on forecasting accuracy, OTIF improvement, and logistics optimization.
Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

20–25 years of experience in the agri-inputs / agri-solutions industry, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Strong background in long-term business strategy, new product development, GTM strategy, pricing, and team building.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and values-driven leadership style.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of farmer needs, market dynamics, and product value creation.
