Key Responsibilities: Design and execute a versatile, cost-effective menu for both cloud kitchen delivery and restaurant dining. Lead kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met at all times. Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs. Innovate new dishes and seasonal offerings that align with our brand and customer preferences. Collaborate with management to adapt to customer feedback and market trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a commercial kitchen environment (cloud kitchen experience is a plus). Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety protocols. Creative flair and passion for culinary innovation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
